Resources are used to set FAQs and Knowledge base Articles for the Clients and as a reference for the Agents.

Clients can look up for any of the articles or FAQs for the query they are searching for.

The FAQs and articles consist of various categories and subcategories.

It will consist of frequently asked questions and it answers, categories, articles, comments etc.

It divided into two parts: FAQs and Articles.

The FAQs entered here will be reflected on the Front side on the URL:

The FAQs added from the support panel will be reflected on the Front side. You can check the FAQ listing here at https://companyname.vistahelpdesk.com/login/faqs or https://abc.companyname.com/login/faqs (If using your own domain URL.)

The Articles published from the support Panel can be viewed on the Front side. Visitors can check the articles here at https://companyname.vistahelpdesk.com/knowledgebase or https://abc.companyname.com/knowledgebase (If using your own domain URL.)
