A list of FAQ differentiated with multiple categories will be reflected by default on clicking the Resources from the Left Navigation Menu.

Add FAQ: Add a new FAQ on clicking here.

On hovering each FAQ edit and delete option will be seen. You can perform the action as per your preference.

Edit FAQ: You can update the details of the FAQ on clicking the Edit button.

Delete FAQ: You can delete the FAQ by clicking the Delete button.

Manage Category: Allows you to manage the categories you have added for the FAQs. Clicking on it will get redirected to the FAQ Categories listing page.

Category listing: You will be able to manage the Categories and check priorities for each in the listing.

Add Category: Allows you to add new Category. Enter Category Name and Priority. Click Save button to add up a Category.

Edit FAQ Category: You can update the FAQ category on clicking the Edit button.

Delete FAQ Category: You can delete the FAQ category on clicking the Delete button.

Manage FAQs: Clicking on it redirect you to the FAQ listing page from the  FAQ Categories listing page.
