Clicking on Add from the Top Menu bar of the Vista helpdesk portal and selecting New FAQ from the drop down Or clicking on the Add FAQ button from the FAQ listing page in the Resources module will open the Add FAQ form.

Let’s consider the fields one by one:

Category: Choose the category for which you want to add the FAQ. Click on the plus(+) button to add a new Category.

FAQ Question: Enter the FAQ question which is asked frequently by the users.

Answer: Add the answer to the above question to satisfy the user queries.
