The Article detail has two parts: Article details and Sub Navigation Menu.

Article details

You can see article's description along with the agent details who posted it, article status, priority, category, etc. When you click the agent name, you get redirected to the Agent profile.

  • Comments: Comments are always displayed below the article description. Viewers can comment on each comment. Comments will be visible after the approval of the admin.
  • Ratings: Viewers can rate the article as like and dislike as their choice.

Sub Navigation Menu

Following are some options that will be available on Sub Left Menu in each article detail page:

  • Edit: This option allows to Update Article Details.
  • Delete: This option allows to Delete the Article.
  • Portal View: If the Status of the Article is Published than the Portal View button will be reflected. Clicking on which you will be able to view the article on the Front side of the Portal.
  • Publish: If the Status of the Article is Draft then the Publish button will be reflected. Clicking on which you will be able to publish the article on the Front side of the Portal.
  • Article Properties: Here you can revise or view the properties of the article which is posted by the agent.
  • Article Statistics: Here you can review the article views and votes received from the clients.
  • Category menu: From here you can navigate to different articles based on its categories.
