Clicking on Add from the Top Menu bar of the Vista helpdesk portal and selecting New Article from the drop-down Or clicking on the Add Article button from the Article listing page in the Resources module will open the Add Article form.

Let’s consider the fields one by one:

Category: Choose the category or subcategory for which you are adding the Article. Click on the plus(+) button to add a new Category/ Subcategory.

Save as: The status of article can be Draft or Published from here.

Title: Mention the title for the article you are adding.

Description: The description of the article is added and formatted here. You can also attach the media with a different format as content.

Priority: Set the priority for the article to set the order of the display.
