Add new Agent Role

Click Settings → Agent Roles.

Fill the Role Details. Role Name is required field.

Now, give the Agent permissions by clicking the checkboxes. For e.g. Uncheck the box for Delete tickets, if you want your agents to be unable to delete tickets.

Click Save to add this Agent role with specified access.

Edit/Delete Agent Role
Edit Agent Role

Click Settings → Agent Roles.

Click the pencil icon to edit the Agent role.

Update the details and click Save. That's it.

Delete Agent Role

From Agent Role view ( Settings → Agent Roles), Click the Trash icon for the role you want to delete.
