Update Portal Settings

To update your Portal Settings, Click Settings → Portal Settings.

From there you can update your Helpdesk Portal name, Country, State, Phone, Date format, Upload Logo and Favicon images, Insert Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Don't forget to click Save. Portal settings will be updated.
