Admin, the administrative of your support portal with all rights and Settings of your Portal. While the Agents are the helpers handling the clients and their issues, complaints, feedbacks, etc. You can overview the summary for different modules which are significant to overlook over here.

These portals include the following modules:

  • Ticket Module: Get overall stuff of all your tickets received from your clients or generated by the admin/agents on behalf of the clients.
  • Resources Module: This module includes the FAQs and articles for your Support panel. The FAQs and articles added from the admin/agent account will be displayed on the FAQ and Knowledgebase pages.
  • Community Module: It helps to create the Forums (Discussion topics), submission of any of the type of bug, feature the requests and much more. Viewers can comment on it after login. Comments get approved by the admin.
  • Clients Module: The clients are the end user who is provided with the helpdesk service by your Support Portal. In this module, you can get all information about your clients and their details.
  • Reports Module: It is the visualization helpdesk. It computes and analyzes the metrics of your company. Get reports on your tickets and performance of the Agents and Departments.
  • Settings Module: The whole support panel can be managed with the features included under this module. Manage all types of settings from this module.
